This Privacy Policy applies to Memory Architect (package name: com.architectlab.memoryarchitect), an Android application published by ArchitectLab ("we," "us," or "our").

Memory Architect is an offline spatial-memory puzzle game. We designed the application to work without an account, advertising, analytics, or network-based services.
2. Information We Collect
We do not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information or sensitive user data. The application does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location, contacts, photos, files, advertising or device identifiers, financial or health information, or browsing activity.
3. Information Stored Locally
Memory Architect stores limited gameplay information locally on your device:
- Campaign progress and unlocked levels
- Level scores and star ratings
- Sound, music, and application preferences
This information is used only to provide the application's features. It remains on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.
4. Device Permissions
Memory Architect does not request Android system permissions. It does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, location, storage, or other sensitive device features.
5. Internet, Advertising, Analytics, and Third Parties
Memory Architect does not require an internet connection for gameplay. It does not contain advertising, analytics services, social-media trackers, in-app purchases, account systems, or third-party services that collect user data on our behalf.
6. Data Sharing and Sale
We do not sell or share user data because the application does not collect or receive user data.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored gameplay information remains on your device until you reset progress in the application, clear the application's data through Android settings, or uninstall it. Because this information is never transmitted to us, we cannot access or restore it.
8. Children's Privacy
Memory Architect does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. If you believe the application is behaving inconsistently with this policy, please contact us.
9. Security
The application's privacy-focused design minimizes data risk by keeping gameplay information on the device and not transmitting it to external servers. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, but we do not maintain a remote database containing user information from Memory Architect.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy if the application's features or data practices change. We will revise the “Last updated” date and publish the updated policy at the same public location. Material changes will be reflected in the application and Google Play disclosures where required.
